I have been working on for a couple of months it is called MyShipLog it is a free online ship's log. It allows for a bunch of different log types from one place and you can control access to those logs so that your friends and family can help document the boat. I created it for boaters and it is absolutly free so give it a try and if you have any suggestions let me know I will be glad to listen to them.
